The BT-1 is a cost-effective, Balanced Conical Spring Mechanical Seal, designed for demanding industrial applications. Unlike standard unbalanced seals, its hydraulic balancing allows it to operate under significantly higher pressures (up to 25 bar) while generating less friction and heat.

This robust design extends the seal’s lifespan and makes it the ideal choice for chemical pumps, high-pressure water pumps, and systems handling fluids with poor lubricating properties. It is direction-dependent and complies with DIN 24960 (EN12756) dimensions.

Operation limits:

• p = 25 bar
• t = -20 … 180 °C
• v = 15 m/s
