The BV-1 is a robust, balanced mechanical seal designed for demanding applications in water and chemical pumps. Unlike unbalanced models, this seal compensates for hydraulic pressure forces, allowing it to operate efficiently at higher pressures (up to 25 bar) with lower friction and heat generation.

It features a multiple spring design for uniform face loading and is independent of the direction of rotation. The installation dimensions are fully compliant with DIN 24960 (EN12756) standards.
